1.2 These Terms and Conditions apply to every agreement between BLNK Music and its customers, unless explicitly agreed otherwise.
1.3 By using this website and/or placing an order, the customer agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
2. Offer and Agreement
2.1 All offers on the website are non-binding and can be modified or withdrawn by BLNK Music without prior notice.
2.2 An agreement is formed when a customer places an order and it is confirmed by BLNK Music, unless otherwise agreed.
2.3 BLNK Music reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in case of an error in the order or the offer.
3. Prices and Payment
3.1 All prices on the website are inclusive of VAT, unless stated otherwise.
3.2 Payment can be made using the payment methods provided by BLNK Music, which may include iDEAL, credit card, PayPal, or other payment methods.
3.3 BLNK Music reserves the right to change prices. Price changes will not affect orders already placed.
4. Delivery and Shipping
4.1 The delivery of products will take place at the address provided by the customer.
4.2 The delivery time is indicated on the website, but BLNK Music is not liable for delays outside of its control.
4.3 If an order is unavailable, the customer will be notified and has the right to cancel the order.
5. Right of Withdrawal
5.1 As a consumer, you have the right to cancel the agreement without providing any reason within 14 days after receiving the products.
5.2 You can exercise your right of withdrawal by notifying us in writing within the specified period of your decision to cancel the agreement. You may use the withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.
5.3 In case of withdrawal, the customer must return the products in their original condition and packaging. The return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 All content on the website, including texts, images, logos, graphics, and other materials, are the property of BLNK Music or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights.
6.2 The customer is not allowed to copy, distribute, or use materials from the website for commercial purposes without prior written consent from BLNK Music.
7. Liability
7.1 BLNK Music is not liable for any damage arising from the use of the website, unless the damage is caused by intent or gross negligence of BLNK Music.
7.2 The liability of BLNK Music is, in any case, limited to the amount paid by the customer under the agreement.

Bas is the founder of BLNK Merch, a clothing brand born from his search for stylish, high-quality, and affordable rave apparel with a deeper message rooted in music.
At just 22 years old, Bas set out to translate the energy and identity of his industrial hard techno sound into fashion.
