1. Right of Withdrawal
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing any reason. This means you can return the products and cancel the purchase agreement.
2. Exercising Your Right of Withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you can do the following:

- Indicate which product(s) you wish to return and provide your order number.
- You will receive a confirmation of your return request from us.
3. Conditions for Returning
You may only return unopened and undamaged products. The product must be in its original condition and packaging, including labels and any accessories that came with it.
Return shipments must reach us within 14 days of notifying us of your withdrawal.
Products that cannot be returned include, but are not limited to:
- Opened or used products (such as underwear, bedding, or other hygiene products).
- Personalized or custom-made items.
4. Return Shipping Costs
The cost of returning the products is at your own expense, unless otherwise agreed. We advise you to return the product using a trackable shipping method to ensure it arrives safely at our location.
5. Refund
After receiving and inspecting the returned product, BLNK Music will refund the purchase amount within 14 days, provided the return conditions are met. The refund will be issued via the payment method you used when placing your order.
6. Product Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a product for another, it is best to return it according to the above return conditions and place a new order through our website.
7. Defective or Damaged Products
If you have received a defective or damaged product, please report it to us within 48 hours of receiving your order. You can then return the damaged or defective product to us, and we will arrange a replacement product or a refund, depending on the situation.
